Jordan Miles continued to practice shooting w/ Brandon Isaiah…and showed off their own Basketball skills and different styles… (This short video clip is taken from Mobile Cam)
March 19, 1993. Jordan was having a very bad shooting night against the Bullets. Washington had taken a 90-89 lead 5 minutes to play in the game when Jordan scored the next 11 Bulls points in this final stretch as they managed to win the game 104- 99. But despite the win, Jordan was very unhappy with his own performance, mainly because LaBradford Smith, who was shooting 58 percent (42 for 72) in his last five games, scored 37 points. The teams were scheduled to play again just 24 hours later …
MJ pulled another masterpiece at age 34. Going 22-35 with some serious fadeaways, his finesse shooting proved to be too much in Game 2 Vs. Webber’s team. This turned out to be his highest scoring playoff game during his 2nd three-peat. While doing so, MJ enlarged his playoff dominance over history with his record 8th career 50+ playoff game (Wilt is second with 4 games of 50+ in the playoffs). It’s no surprise that the greatest player ever was what he was because he was the greatest playoff …
There really seemed to be no reason for MJ to come out against the mediocre Bullets with this sort of tenacity. But watching the game closely, it seemed MJ purposely set up his jumpers in order to open up his drives to challenge the 7-7 Muresan for a dunk. Big Men were just the main course during MJ’s reign and Muresan just came along a little to late for his own good. There was no doubt that MJ made several attacks with Muresan on his mind but the collapsing Washington defense averted a few …
Despite not shooting a single free throw in the game, Michael Jordan led Chicago with 28 points – 14 in the fourth – and helped propel the Bulls to a 96-95 win over the Bullets in game three. The win finished off the three-game sweep of Washington. Scottie Pippen scored 20 points, no two bigger than the two he got on game-winning dunk late in the game. Pip hurt his back on the play as he landed hard after the throw down. The Bulls were lucky to escape with the win, as the pesky Bullets …
March 19, 1992 In this game, the vast majority of Jordan’s 51 points came from jumpers. Again this is March 1992, just one month earlier than the Miami Heat playoff game I put up two days ago in which the majority of his 46 points were from dunks and drives. When you look at the two games together, I think it’s one of prime examples that demonstrates how complete a player Jordan was. Depending on his mood, he could put 50 on jumpers or on dunks. This was the fourth consecutive road game for …
